1. All Sales Are Final:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, except in the case of a product arriving damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your order arrives with any damage or defects, please take clear photos of the issue and contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer exchanges for products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it as long as you contact us within the specified time frame.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returned items (other than damaged or defective items) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable. Once production begins on a custom order, it cannot be canceled or returned.

6. Scent Variation:

  • Please note that candle scents can vary slightly from batch to batch due to the natural variations in fragrance oils. Such variations do not qualify for refunds or returns.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Glory Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure.
